Ruben Benavides

Ruben Benavides is the Loss Mitigation Manager for CU Factory Built Lending. He has management experience in underwriting, collections, and remarketing of manufactured homes. He looks forward to providing leadership and vision to the many issues facing manufactured home owners ranging from legislative to basic maintenance. Mr. Benavides holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration degree from St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Benavides is active in his community, and serves as football, baseball, and basketball coach for the Christian Youth Organization (CYO).
