Scott Bennett is the Regional Vice President for American Residential Communities (ARC) and has been a leader in the property management and real estate investment arena for over 15 years. He created and implemented strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for Centex/Cavco Homes. Mr. Bennett is an active member and has served on the Board of Directors for both the Texas Housing Association, and the Tennessee Housing Association. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Draughon’s College, Knoxville, TN. He has been recognized both nationally and locally for his outstanding achievements throughout his career. Mr. Bennett is seeking election for his second board term.
